Call Through Services

Call Through Services are used by customers to make calls at a very good rate using 42com's platform, regardless of their existing telephony contract. 

Call Through Services can also by used from mobile phones. This is a very interesting option, for example for international calls.

42com offers partners to offer their own Call Through services based on the INES-Plattform and to roll them out quickly. Here are the advantages:

  • Different numbering concepts for dialling-in, also internationally
  • Complete product administration and customer billing using a web portal
  • Offering of own PIN numbers and Calling Card services

How it works

The customer dials a dial-in number of the platform. The system sends an automated welcome message and asks to enter a PIN code. This is done using the telephone keyboard. During this registration procedure, the number (CLI) of the customer is saved by the system automatically. So, customers do not have to identify themselves again when they call later. With the PIN code, the customer buys a credit, for example with a Calling Card. After the registration, the customer enters the number he wants to call, using his phone keyboard. The platform connects the customer to the required destination and deducts the charge for the call from his account. The customer can recharge his account at any time.

Additionally, 42com offers "Mobile Call“, a specially developed Software for mobile phones, which automates the set up of the call completely. The customer can now call all his contacts from the address book of his mobile phone comfortably, the software dials into the platform in the background.
